These Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy apply to all purchases you make from us via our website, over the phone, at a live-event, or in any other manner.
At D. RICH, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality programs, books, and premium value offers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
All our educational and informational programs and services are aimed at helping you achieve certain results in your life or your business. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome or that you will achieve any particular goal. In fact, we are providing our informational programs and services to you as just that: information.
You are solely responsible for what you do with any of the information we provide and any outcomes that result. Furthermore, any testimonials of other students in our programs are no guarantee of your own success but simply provided as examples of what others are doing.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products or services, please contact support@damerich.com. Note, however, we do not accept returns or process refunds on any of our products or services.
If you received the wrong book, your order was delayed due to an error on our part, or your book was lost in transit, we will issue a refund or send a replacement immediately upon verification.
If an incorrect shipping address was provided or the package was not picked up, we can resend the book once the correct address is confirmed. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Refunds will not be issued for customer input errors or failure to collect the package.
You agree that if you attend an event live or online, you give us permission to audio and video record and photograph you, and to use your name, likeness, audio, video, and photograph of you at the event for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium, now known or hereafter developed.
You irrevocably grant to us the rights to use your name, likeness, and any audio/video recordings of you without further payment and without the ability to review the final product.
If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded.
If you use a third-party lender, even one suggested by us, you agree that you will perform your own due diligence and further acknowledge that we have no knowledge of any lender or offer any financial advice.
We are not responsible for failure or delay of performance if caused by an act of God; hostility; telecommunication outage; government restrictions; a pandemic or other event outside of our reasonable control.
